Gas Utility Installation

W. A. Petrakis has expanded to encompass gas utility installation into our company’s operations since 2019. We are contracted by the People’s Natural Gas Company to install medium to high pressure HDPE gas mains and gas services to homes throughout Greensburg, Gibsonia, and Kittanning, PA.

Sewer and Water Utility Installation

Our company expertise is reflected in our 35+ year track record of excellence with customer’s all over southwestern Pennsylvania. Projects ranging from 4” to 48” pipeline and everything in between have been accomplished on time, on budget, and to the highest level of quality.

Pipe Bursting

Our Company is experienced in the process of Pipe Bursting. We are capable of providing this service for Sewer Lines and Water Lines. W.A. Petrakis Contracting is your choice for this type of work.

W.A. Petrakis is a trusted contractor in the greater Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We have worked on several large scale projects including the large scale project to remedy the lead line problem throughout the city of Pittsburgh. We met with several city council memebers including the mayor on various sites around the city to show them how we were working to fix this problem. This project spanned around 3,000 lead lines that were in various parts of the city. W.A. Petrakis mobilized crews to get through the project in a safe and efficent manner to help better the service and water quality to residents of the city.
